Not at all. Perhaps a dark blue can be ok, but a womens eyes aren't meant to pierce your soul nor is that attractive (e.g., Erika Kirk's crazy eyes).

Yeah my own personal theory here is that dark eyes lower the pupil-iris matrix contrast, making the pupils seem bigger and more feminine.
