I have pinned subq tons of times with tiny amounts of bleeding and have only ever had a small bit when I pin IM but today I pinned my right quad and I must have either been playing too fast and loose or just got unlucky because the second I took the pin out blood started pooling. It wasn't horror movie levels or anything but I had two streams of blood running down ether side of my leg all the way to my foot with in a matter of seconds but within about 10 seconds the bleeding had completely stopped. I'm not looking forward to the bruising I expect to see tomorrow but no pain no gain, any of you had experiences like this?
