Blood Sugar Level question

I inject ghrp 100 mcg 3 times per day. Today i injected in morning ( without eating ofc). 1 hour later i checked my blood sugar levels and it was 135. Normally i remember i have around 100-110 when i was checking month ago before buying ghrp-2. Is this normal reaction or i need to worry?

nigga i just wrote that i just checked my blood sugar levels before starting ghrp and this was normal like 100-110
