I'm planning on taking Accutane purely for anti-aging purposes. I won't be taking more than a cumulative weekly dose of 30mg.
How often should I get blood tests on this very low dose?

You shouldn’t, such a small dose wont have any impact on lipids/ and ast alt

Apart from trial and error, is there any way to determine the maximum weekly dose which shouldn't be exeeded in order to not significantly affect lipids and liver enzymes?

No point of pushing dose high, as you said it yourself you doing it for anti-aging.

I would do 20mg for 3 months , then maintain with 10mgs year round

no point pushing higher w/o active inflammation, you just gonna dehydrate your mucus membranes
