I'm not coping by saying something is overrated but you will find a good number of low t sleepless eyebag curtains slayers in all high schools
for sure i look good enough imo for the T levels that i have.

11.80 T with a reference range of 1.88-8.82 ?

Isn't that good?

People are sensitive to T at different levels, who knows you might be "high" T

am at red, i need to reach blue.
testosterone does nothing to facial development past puberty. and if you are in puberty, its still mostly genetics. the most effect it has is on browridge and chin size, rest is genetics/development

How old? You're not gonna have T levels of a fully developed man if you're still developing, keep supplement-maxxing, gymcelling and eating high protein and check again when you're like 20 or so.

I wouldn't worry about it at 17, Just keep doing all of the above. I didn't start getting dimorphic until I was like 20 or so and that was before a few years of working out and healthy lifestyle.

Honestly run a 200mg cycle and see how life feels with energy and confidence.

I'm often vitamin d defficient and often get D3 prescription.

My T is only 491ng/dl wich is bordeline soyboy tier. But no doc in my country would put me on TRT.

Jfl don't worry when 17.

At 17 you should be at your peak.

Take DHEA, creatine, resveratrol, Mg, Zn, oils (fish). Cycle adrenosterone and ATD. If you suspect you might be exposed to a xenoestrogen (idk, drugs, food additives, pesticides) go semi-permanently on ATD, or 6-bromo, or both.

"According to recent guidelines from the American Urological Association (AUA), a testosterone level of at least 300 nanograms per deciliter (ng/dL) is normal for a man. A man with a testosterone level below 300 ng/dL should be diagnosed with low testosterone."

Idk why that's the reference range but 11.8 nmol/L is borderline medically low T
The average adult T level is around 20 nmol/L (~600 ng/dl)

major cope, to build muscle and feel like an actual man you need 600 atleast. difference between 400,500 and 600 is a lot. it looks like 100,200 t. but affects alot.

Hey where can I find more information of this kind. I’m 28 and trying to balance my hormones as well as go on an anti aging protocol. Would you say longecity? I’m too low iq for longecity tbh I don’t even know what I’m looking for in the stacks.

300 is the security limit for a grown man with average endocrin receptors response tbh, u should be higher

What s the point to take 50 000 UI because all the rest non used will be stocked in ur body like in the liver or subcutaneous fat or get rekt in pee ?

5000 to 10 000 UI daily is already pretty enough, it is like an optimized sunbath day, ur body don't use much more daily

Cheap and effective btw

That s because puberty is peak testosterone levels, in a grown man 300 ng/dl is the low security limit with average endocrine receptors

Take zma, aphro-d, K2 MK4 + vit d.
Reduce gut inflammation - raw carrot.
Improve thyroid function - fruits, tubers, animal protein, saturated fats, pufa restriction, avoid fasting.

Inject t brother

Do yourself a favor and inject T. but be smart.
