Currently a NW2-3cel, genuinely over. Before hopping on fin (and maybe dut? I want to try fin until im 23 tho), I want to get a blood test.
Alongside testing the things for finasteride, I want to get an idea of vitamins and height (I'm 17, is there chance of growth?)

What things should I test for?

Get your growth plates checked, but generally you can’t expect significant, if any growth at that age.

For general health:
• Ferritin
• HbA1c
• Thyroid, Thyroid peroxidase antibody (Tpo)
• Omega 3 panel
• Male-specific hormone panel
• Prolactin
• Liver Panel
• Cystatin C
• eGFr
• Active vitamin D form
• Total Antioxidant Capacity
• Hematocrit

That’s just a rough summary, maybe add a few, if needed.
Remember, you likely have to pay by yourself for these values- without any serious indication.

If say growth plates are open, would peptides help with any growth?

Also dyt (since I'm norwooding) I could run accutane + oral minox + Finasteride simultaneously and expect clear skin w/ no hair shed?

There’s a small chance, but don’t get your hopes up too much, it’s marginal and vastly overstated on this forum.
There’s also no way to know whether any possible growth would have happened naturally anyway.

You should see a dermatologist first and get a proper assessment to make sure there isn’t another underlying cause.

Norwood 2/3 at 17. is actually quite rare, given you don’t imagine things.

makes sense haha, I suppose genetics is law as usual... I'm 176 cm so I guess I'll just fraud with lifts

yea man for sure :/ I have truly subhuman genetics. I spoke with my dermatologist and he is the one who brought out the norwood scale and mentioned I was "norwood 2 bordering 3". I have long hair as of now which allows me to fraud but it'll be over if I don't lock in.
I'm on topical minoxidil as of now.
here isn’t another underlying cause.
Surprisingly the dermatologist didn't suggest anything else and just immediately thought it was MPB.. maybe he's a jew idk

sounds like a solid plan before starting fin though the height chances at 17 are slim so manage expectations lol good to get vit d and liver checked tho for sure - those r always important regardless of hormones or growth plates. maybe also check your homocysteine if you're concerned about potential heart/blood clot risks with fina too just fyi
