Got some blood tests made in order to see if isotretinoin would be a option for acne. Doc said liver is not too good and thats why i wont get acc prescribed. Tomorrow i’ll see if the dermatologist prescribes me it. I wanna knoe what i could do to improve bad points of the blood screening.

eat clean and lots and lots of veggies and fruits. Intake lean protein and omega 3 foods like nuts and fish oil or sum. walk or cardio for an hour.

I take Omega 3 Supllements, is it the same as the O3 in nuts,fish… or is it not as good? What fruits and veggies are good in detail?

Also minocycline for 7 weeks (2weeks ago stopped) and 30mg mk677 for 8 weeks (stopped 3 weeks ago)
Maybe the mk677 was a bad idea and a reason for the high ldl cholesterol

supplements won't work magically to reduce your cholesterol unless you do cardio or put some work at the gym

you have some kind of liver complications so it produces high cholesterol, ask another doc if you can be prescribed

Ask the doc to precribe what? U mean Accutane or something to take care of liver chol. production?

eat some eggs and remove any sources of shit cholestrol. Itt solve it due to eggs containg hig amounrs of hdl and not ldl

depends on severity but prob no

more so 4-6

your tsh is not great. it could be causing higher cholesterol levels
did you check ft3/ft4?
