Blood thinners on gear

So here’s the deal I’ve got heart failure and a pacemaker, and unlike most people, my heart doesn’t beat on its own without it.

Steroids are extra risky for me because they can thicken the blood and mess with the pacemaker, which could be fatal. I’m wondering if blood thinners could help with that and let me run gear with a lower chance of dying. if yall know somthing about it
