Bloodtest results makes me wanna kms

for context im 16. I got my bloodtest done and the results are detrimental. Truth be said, i was there during unideal conditions, i had very mid sleep + was there very late, testosterone test should be done 7-10 i was there at 13:00.

My testosterone is 720 ng/dl which is imo good, it would be like 800-900 if i wasnt a retard. But bro my free testosterone is so low im going insane. The reference range is 37-180, i would argue that under 120 is low, bro i got FUCKING 10.

10,2ng/l of freeT is fucking detrimental, i guess my shbg is high af, what can i genuinely do BRO PLEASE HELP ME
