Bloodwork( I might Die )

Looks like I might be dying soon, but in all seriousness I’m retarded I thought I had to go fasted as in no water so I stopped drinking water the day before At like 9pm till like my appointment at 9:40 am . Any recommendations obviously hydrate but should I be worried ? On Test obv

Dehydration can raise your hemoglobin/hematocrit.

I'd do another test.

Wait a week. You should always drink water, especially if you are fasting.

I made that mistake and nearly passed out during my blood test

The bloodwork isn’t even that bad what matters is the blood pressure and the lipids, u can just take pentoxifyine for hematocrit forever just like lipid ancilarries bec they r both healthy
