how do you guys go about getting your bloodwork (for IGF-1) done without your parents knowing?
Do you just go to your doctor, get the blood pulled and then pay without any body finding out?

either at home testing kits which tend to pricier or just say you're going somewhere with friends and go get your blood drawn

70-110€ for eu. not sure for the us or asia. just make sure they have the biomarkers you want. id still suggest going to a doctor because they do venous draws and not finger pricking. its probably just me but i trust it more

I thought that I could only do venous draws when it comes to IGF-1 and stuff? If it’s just finger pricking then I’m totally fine
