blue light destroys your face (theory + my expierience)

Before i start you have to know that my face is asymetrical my right side is more dense in bones than left and its that much that in right eye i have no uee and i have some in left its important for the whole theory.

So i experienced lets say 2 types of weekend ( i will use weekend bcs its less stresful time of the week )
one - i wake up i go to my pc i spend whole day on my pc i don't stress or things like that i just root whole day and in the end of the day my cheaks are less sharp hair more flat and eyes the most important, most of the time at the end of the day i have some uee my face looks mid

two i wake up dosent matter early or late i do something i do not sit whole day in my room i go to forest i go to bigger city (sometimes) i spend time with my dog i play with him i work out in the open i go for a walk and yes i do spend time on pc this day but i do not sit whole day but i turn it on like 8-10 hours after i wake up not instantly and at the end of the day my face is more masculine not much but still visible change, left eye has very litle or none uee.

So threw few weeks i have noticed that more blue light i consume worse i look i have another shorter example i got outside to play with my dog we play for a hour lets say we have fun then i come home look into mirror and my face looks not good but lets say its my peak. then i spent 3 hours staring into my monitor go to bed and spend another 3 hours on my phone and if i lets say go to pee and look at myself i see my face is exhausted my asymetries are very visible my cheaks are sunken if would just instantly go to sleep after 1-2 hours after i came back home i would look better had better sleep.

this is just a theory and my experience don't take it seriously, share your opinion and experience thx for reading:feelswhy::blackpill:

TL;DR: Blue light affects your sleep which ruins health indicators.

thas also true but i am addicted to technology so its hard for me to eliminate blue light tho i know its bad

It's because of shit sleep and 0 movement+ sunlight

Sleep and sun are important, its not the light
