Their are many things that ruin skin. But this isn't going to have anywhere close to the normal biggest skin agers, which are sunlight and excess alcohol. Be mindful of caffeine as well since it acts as a diuretic, which dries out the skin, as well as cocaine/aderall. I've noticed however among regular coffee drinkers who don't drink more then two cups a day of good coffee ( 50-100 mg caffeine range depending on tolerance ), their doesn't' seem to be premature aging.

The worst ager by a long shot is sun, so stay indoors. Get your vitamin d from dairy and supplementation. Supplements bad are cope. Just be sure to get as much as possible intake from

And Alcohol avoid like the plague. It seems to somehow have really bad aging effects even when done once a week heavily. This part always confused me cause I don't see how one night in a week is that destructive. But such seems to be the case.

Everyone should be using a blue light filter at all times+blue light glasses while you can

Natural lifestyle b4 industrialization seems to always be the most health promoting tbh

I have indeed used up all of the leeway I had with drinking alcohol, any additional binge drinking session would demolish my skin.
I had a final hurrah during the month of March and drank 3L of vodka because I moved country and wanted to party after no socializing for 2 years but I realize if I keep going I will have fucked my skin before I get my surgery and face reaches final form

Yea fuck alcohol. Its the king of premature aging( still not as bad as the sun . Perhaps if you think of the cute JB it will motivate you to not drink, cause they dont want some old chad but a young youthful chad. Battling drug addiction is hard. I myself did aderall a lot for the past 2 years and before that marijuana weekly. Marijuana however never was an addiction. Only aderall. My skin quality definitely descended. But I believe thanks to my use of mk-677, quitting it for a while, and good aging genetics, any damage that I did has gone away. I also recommend collagen supplementation.

Apparently the asians who are the king of youth maxxing, Its another reason besides genetics they look youthful. They eat bone broth soup regularly and that has tons of collagen. They also exercise regularly, don't drink that much alcohol/party, and eat diets in moderation not fast foods and healthy foods.

Also meant to say in my previous post, that the "supplements are bad " is cope and that you should aim to get as much natural supplementation from normal foods. Supplements are actually based, but most normies fuck it up by thinking them alone do the trick.Real food always is good, but sometimes you need to supplement for big improvements. Eating magnesium "rich" foods didn't do much, but bam supplementation fixed everything. Can finally sleep better and its reduced overall stress levels/cortisol.

Depending on how many years you've done bad habits, it might be possible to undo premature skin damage. If you don't have any visible signs then consider yourself lucky and begin the anti aging routine. If you do have some forehead lines then you might have to look into derma rolling/micro needling and specialized skin creams to get rid of it. I feel some other users have more experience in this issue and they have some success with it, so you would have to research more specific threads and if possible get advice from them.

Sunscreen also is important as fuck. Even when driving you need to wear it for sure, as well as being near a window. Best to have blinders on with a curtain, and be away from the window during the day. When you go out go near sunset hours, and if you like the morning then don't exercise more then a few hours after sunrise. Peak sun hours are usually from 11am-4pm.

What I have here is more a brief outline of the basics, also excercise is also important ( High Intensity Interval Training twice a week minimum, maybe 3 times if you can handle it ).

tl: dr- You might still have a shot to undo premature skin aging. Consider collagen supplementation, wear organic mineral sunscreen before driving outside in the day/and even indoors apply it as sun can seep through the windows even with curtains. Apply blinders on the curtains for more sun protection. Add collagen supplementation and look into micro/needling+derma-rolling if you have more visible aging such as lines on your forehead as well as further research from threads/users with experience in this issue.

I have some skin damage from alcohol abuse and possibly from using sunbeds for 2 years
I also had shit sleep in 2022 because I was working long hours. Prior to then I would easily get 8 hours sleep per night
I've been NEET since the start of 2021 but I go through phases of getting good sleep then other phases of waking up within 7 hours which I don't know the reason for
I'm 26 and have never used any skin products or supplements out of ignorance for not knowing what works
I noticed my naso fold has worsened on one side of my face, I am getting a lefort in a years time, I suspect due to my underbite my maxilla may be more recessed on one side which causes the deeper naso fold but I'm not sure

I barely ever seen the sun in the past 2 years, I am indeed a pal ghoul who stays indoors 24/7 due to no longer wanting sun damage since I am not looksmaxed enough to enjoy my life and party etc
I am likely to try dermarolling and skin laser resurfacing once I have some surgeries out of the way
