parents are so fucking autistic they think me drinking 5-10 eggs a day will give me heart problems JFL
I’m pretty sure but correct me if I’m wrong, high blood, or LDL cholesterol is what may give you actual heart problems, which most people get from having lots of dietary cholesterol, this is mainly because most people get a lot of dietary cholesterol through saturated fats, which eggs do not have, so I’m pretty sure the eggs aren’t even going to contribute to health problems at all, if anything would contribute to it im trying to eat a lot more steak, cooked like medium rare ish since no source for healthy raw meat yet
anyways I’m wondering if the eggs are actually somehow going to lead to heart issues or clogging my arteries or some shit but I really doubt it, also the more concerning part for me is wanting to consume a lot more steak which has lots of saturated fat, let me know if anyone knows the actual biochemistry behind this
