My weekly glutes training routine consists of deadlifts, ATG pause squats, hip abductor machine and some SLDLs and elevated glutes bridges to failure on two different days. Hip abductor machine is what takes your glutes from nice to insane next-level shit. Almost don't want to say this and gatekeep this info for my IRL ass-mogging of other guys.

Yeah.. it really opened up my eyes to how that shit can hit even "norwood reaper safe" guys out of nowhere. Guy can fucking come out of the shadows at any time after stalking you for decades. Pure evil!! Maybe the NW0 guy made fun of bald guys, usually the NW reaper seems to strike those especially. I have not been struck and now use protection but I never make fun of bald guys unless they are maybe roidcels attacking me when I talk about the dangers of NORWOOD even though I even give them advice on what to do.

First thing DHT sabotages is the length of the anagen phase ie how long hair follicles are in growth mode, then it slowly shrinks hair diameter and size and virility overall of hair follicles. With short hair especially you won't even notice the early signs, and it can happen slowly over years/decades before you notice. Another benefit of having long hair actually, you bet when the hair still grows very long and thick that DHT hasn't done much damages yet iirc. Actually I don't know for sure in terms of noticing, but anagen phase length and shaft thickness are first to tank. Also hair follicles are affected at individual rate even in the same areas.

But yeah guys remember: DHT almost non-existant in bone tissues, actual main dimo hormone there would be T. Only dimo you mainly get from DHT are body hair, beard and Norwood/MPB lol. Even then you can suppress trash hormone DHT and have beard and body hair unaffected most of the times. Mine are, lol, and I don't even want to have beard. But seems like this forum is still full of lots of pro-DHT beliefs.
