It doesn't account for muscle mass or bone density. If you're not thick boned you should be close to 60kg or else youre fat tbh. Over for me

It's still unhealthy to have excess muscle mass. Extra weight is taxing on the body. More of a metabolic load, more blood to pump, etc. This "BMI ISN'T ACCURATE BECAUSE WHAT IF A JACKED BODYBUILDER WAS TECHNICALLY OBESE" line of reasoning is idiotic because those people aren't healthy either.

you cant get enough muscle mass for it to matter if you're natty though
 
That's why I always recommend going by waist circumference
