Body always overheating

My body seems to be sensitive to heat or something. I don’t even have to be embarrassed and I’ll get super hot but obviously when I am embarrassed it’s infinitely worse. Just wondering if anyone else experiences this and if they know why it happened and/or how to fix it

Ik hot flashes are due to a sudden drop in estrogen but the big heat in embarrasing situations happens to me too and I get red asf too its absolutely horrible

I get hot too, mb it’s puberty hormones or sum disease i dont remember name

I’m gonna go to the doctor and see if I have hyperthyroidism bc I’ve heard that can cause heat sensitivity

Supposedly it gets rid of all the physical symptoms of anxiety so I’m thinking that the facial redness/flushing wouldn’t happen

The doctor if u can get a prescription which is what im tryna do Wednesday
But if u can’t do that I’ve heard most people buy it off of indiamart
