When I was in my prime I still thought I was ugly

I would hate my physique and face even tho I was htn. When others complimented me I refused to belive it. When I saw my abs in the mirror I still refused to believe they were there

It’s only after descending where u se an old pic and your like holy shit what was I thinking

It was a good lesson learned for me
