Body Dysmorphia diagnosis

Unfourtuantely, I got diagnosed this. As a BD denier, It doesn't mean much, but to my family it means a lot. My doctor also said that it falls under the OCD branch cuz I am impulsive to seek any form of solution to my flaws.

Maybe its time for me to accept the blue pill, but its so hard to be okay with what's not okay with me

doctor says that I have to accept that I am not ugly. Essentially, I would be blue pilling myself by doing so. I'm not completely opposed to being blue pilled but its hard to do so when I see so many flaws
