might be imbalance of zygo size or asymmetry in face muscles which is more likely as theres always a stronger side, check the size of ur massesters potentially the less hollow side has smaller massesters

bonesmash if its a bone problem to create scar tissue, or check if its an assymmetry in muscle size elsewhere that may create an illusion of a smaller zygo
