Just got tested after 3 months. 19.8% BF. Dropped from >22% 3 months ago. 2 hours gym 3-4 x week. IF. Whisky instead of beer/ wine. Still struggling with pastry though. Can see my ab definition, no 6 pack and still man boobs. Face lean. Sunken cheeks. No loss in muscle mass.

Nice, trying to drop my bodyfat aswell. How much protein are you getting in?

I haven’t gotten #s. But I make sure I get protein every meal. And protein after lifting.

Yeah. Basically OMD. Lost weight, 156 to 152. Which I didn’t want. Other than pastery and occasional cheat, I eat clean. Having a Fitbit helps. I easily burn > 24k calories per day.

I kinda wing it. I take what I used to eat & pare it down. My work partner has been really good at keeping me from pastries. I’ll probably start getting more into actual numbers next month when my work situation clarifies.

I don’t eat after 4 pm. I do an hour of cardio in the am on an empty stomach.

How did your face lean out from just a few percentage points so fast??? Also, how many pounds did you drop to get down to that percentage. I'd like to know how many pounds dropped it generally takes to drop down a percent.
 
I'm currently water fasting again. Going to try and apply some aminophylle cream if the water fast ends up being too slow of a process or too unbearable in large stretches of time.

Actually, my face is lean at <25%. Over 25% I look 🤮. My fat seems to go to my waist rather than face. But <20% my cheeks got really hollow. 158 to 152 Lbs.

I see. I have average bone structure and shitty fat storage genetics from my dads side. I really wish I had your fat storage genetics so I could bulk up/eat lots of junk food without risking it going right to my face.

Yeah. My face is lean. But some fat goes to my chest. 😬. I can live with a little on my waist. But manboobs = death.
