Day1
Arms (tricep,bicep,forearms)
Back(lower and upper back)
Shoulder(forgot diff parts)
Include 2 or 3 ab exercises
Day 2
Legs( work gluten, quads, hamstrings and calves)
Chest(you gotta work the upper and lower chest)
2 or 3 ab excercises
include deadlifts or other explosive exercises
Have 2 days rest on Saturday and Sunday
After 3 months of consistent exercise take a 2 week break and heal before going back
Aim for 8 reps
Move up in weight once you can do 8
Eat 2500 to 3000 calories daily. Aim for 150 to 200 grams of protein per day
You can hit the protein pretty easily with that caloric budget don't eat a lot of slop tbh but if you do count the calories and choose shit that is high in protein
there is prob better plans in botb but if you play soccer you may want to adjust it to better improve the sport too
