I typically don’t, I try to eat Whole Foods mostly and teh only things that you could consider not Whole Foods in my diet are stuff like Oikos strawberry yogurt, fairlife protein shakes, protein bars, energy drinks- these are not consumed a day to day basis tho except oikos
do you carry alot of fat on your glutes this matters a bit more than a pic of your forearm
