Body hair and single digit body fat

I believe that in order for a man to compensate for the lack of body hair, they must have at least 9% bodyfat in a lean and shreed way to compensate for the lack of body hair.

The reason why athletes are willing to shave their body hair is because they are lean enough to do so.
