and he has a 5 psl face and untrained skinny af.

let's assume he gets peak body based on his frame how much will his rating change?

let's say 6/10 face how much will that number increase with that frame?

Okay I think I'm good then, without any amount of significant muscle I'm at ~18.2 inch. But I dont' understand what you said about 10-11 inch waist? Is that measurement based on how bidelt is measured, ie, edge to edge?

how big your shoulders appear has to do with how narrow waist (V-Taper)

big shoulders big waist means nothing since it'll look small u need contrast

measure your shoulder in inches and waist in inches and divide shoulders over waist the ratio needs to be as close to 1.8

By measure, you mean visual representation I'm guseeing, as in stand close to a wall, mark the edges and measure like we do bideltoid measures.
