I have a narrow waist and big ass and hips, probably bigger than most women's. My biacromial luckily surpasses hip width but still looks horrid because of hip to waist.
I assume the only thing one can really do is train upper body with focus on obliques and delts while avoiding leg work. And clothes that are loose on the waist help too.
