Is good body posture at all times REALLY needed to ensure good optimal growth in puberty?

I always try to keep good posture, straight neck, shoulders back. But obviously it can't be done at all times

and usually when I go out in public I slouch, for example if I'm at a bar sitting on a chair without a back support I'll start slouching for a few hours.

So is it really needed or can you cheat it sometimes?

its obviously a ratio of time spent in good posture vs bad posture, ie do you do maintain enough consistent good for consequences of the bad to be kept at bay. This applies to pretty much everything in life lol
