Hey,
im currently 170 lbs at 6'0.5" but im 15.7% bf with a noticeable belly and annoying puffy bloated face (it looks like im 30% bf- worst fat storage genetics)
how would you proceed exactly to recomp in my case, in the following months , to 10% bf, no less than 160 pounds ?
if i just do cardio and cal deficit i will go to 140 lbs before im 10% and ill be a skeleton; dont wanna do that
how would you do it exactly, with the cal deficit, macro ratios and workouts, cause what im doin is not working as expected, i lost too much muscle
