I'm 30 and my body is starting to give up on me. I'm gonna start back on my diet today but the process is slow for me. Since February I have been cutting and only managed to go from 250 to 240 this summer. Which I guess you could say is progress if it weren't for the fact I was fumbling the first couple months. Also i only truly lose weight when I couple my diet pills with caffeine pills. Otherwise I have to eat like 500 calories daily tops. Thing is caffeine makes me lose my shit. I am so beta 😑
