How much bodyfat i have. two diferrent ligths. I have 181cm and 84,5kg

15% to 20% is my guess, even dexa gets it wrong.
 
it's been very difficult to lose fat i wanted to reach 10% but i have a long way to go or i have to use dnp

Yes I have heavy bones and I'm depleted because I do psfm diet

Even tho I think you might me storing a lot in the legs cause your weight is p high for how little muscularity u have

& brahs pls stop guestimating body fat based on vascularity & abs ffs. OP just does not have good abdominal insertions

I lose too much muscle in this cutting i use 800mg dnp and 250mg t3 too much high doses and lose too much muscle.

But ur chest & abs are not all that great. You can maybe develop your chest but abs are ur weakest body part obv

I've had gyno what he has is normal... you can get gyno during puberty it will likely go away. Dude needs to hit the gym tho

i think in cycle one 500mg test e 12 weeks and tbol 100mg 8 weeks and then cruise for cutting cycle and pct to finnish Is a good cycle?

Why does it matter ? Wanna brag to foids that you have x amount of body fat and you are theoretically super trained but your body just doesn’t show it ? Your body is no eye sight. Bf % is just a number. You either look good or you don’t. And you don’t

i want gain muscle mass i'm sick of being skinny fat but i also wanted to lose to see what my face looks like with 10-12% bodyfat. this can be a good solution but it will take time to lose all that fat

In the End it doesn’t matter if you maingain or bulk and cut. If you do this for 6 months after those 6 months the results are the same. But with maingain you feel good, look better every day and it’s more healthy all the time. While bulk then cut looks shit until you are done, you feel shit all the time and it’s unhealthy.
