Look at these 2 Logan Paul interviews. In the first he was 18, definitely finished puberty so I'm confident the reason why he looked worse here than now can solely be attributed to his bodyfat percentage.
I would guess he was around 15% bodyfat in the first clip, if not higher.
Now look how much leaner his face is in this interview from 2016 (He was starving himself for a movie role):
Insane difference. 15% bodyfat is not enough, if you're not 12% or below you're not even trying.
Logan Paul literally wouldn't be where he is today if he stayed at 15% bodyfat.
