I dont have money for expensive trainers nor a an acceptable gym at a reasonable distance from me atm
I'm counting calories too and I almost went into a panic attack no jk after I ate out with friends cause I couldn't estimate exactly and missed my target
I'm that much of an autist
I will roid at the end of next year cause im not finished with natty gains; im convinced of natty gains now and that you can gain approximately 15 kgs of muscle on average and roid afterwards only because you have a limited amount of roids that you can take
Especially as an oldcel like me that plans to roid into old age I'm still doubtful about the viability of a 40s+ body to sustain it; so better Maxx out the natty gains too
