Honestly it could do at times larger works in terms of ascensions than some hardmaxes. It's insane the difference it makes going from 15-20%bf to. 6-8%. Gymcells have become so funny to me. Would you rather have bitches complement your physique because your big but you've became chopped as shit, or they complement your face and you get better vein and muscle definition. Im currently 6'0 and weigh 130lbs. I have mediocre muscle mass but my definition is going thru the roof. I still am consistent with working out and having a high protein intake while on a deficit with 1700 calories a day. My face as starting to slim but id say I'm at around 12% bf, looking to get to 8%. Ive been peak bulk and mass which felt amazing but I got stripped of my definition and my face was fucking disgusting. I am now a lot more lean have consistent ab visibility and lower ab veins 24/7. Would you guys recommend hopping on reta as my face fat is lowering a bit slower than what I'd want.

Use red light therapy to promote growth, otherwise ricin oil if u dont clog ur pores and cause folliculitis, outside of that just cope or trannymax with gay uncanny extensions to eyelash mog at least

People going straight for leanmaxing without building any base whatsoever and ending up victim weight with a 0 SMV body. Yes bulking takes long, you can greatly speed it up with roids and GH and minimise any fat gain. You do not have to become a fat shit with excessive surplus. One good 5 month bulk cycle on roids will leave you with at least Brad Pitt fight club tier amount of muscle mass, which is fine enough for female appeal and you can get shredded afterwards without looking like a starving child. How hard is it to sacrifice your face for 6 months?

You are not “lean”. Lean implies muscle, sub 130lbs isn't lean, it's starved, nothing but skin and bone. If you bought a chicken that had no actual meat on it you wouldn't call it lean. To successfully lean max you have to have an appropriate amount of muscle while cutting superfluous fat.

Not to mention after building a base, getting to, and maintaining sub 10% bodyfat becomes so much easier.

Also arguably you look at models which are scene as societally the most attractive individuals, all models are very skinny and lanky. Male and female. It tends to make you look taller and its a sign of low body face which helps facial appeal marginally.

Of course it does. There’s not too many things in your control. Your physique is one of the things you can change and improve. It’s a great halo if you have a good face. All you have to do is delay gratification a few months and bulk.

I look dogshit at below 15% due to slightly narrow jaw, and tall skull. I dont think its law for everyone. Wider FWHR tends to benefit greatly from being sub 15% or sub 10%.

Having 0 muscle mass and low body fat isn’t considered “lean”. sub 130lbs low bodyfat isn’t “lean”.

Muscle + low bodyfat = lean
0 muscle + low bodyfat = starved, not lean.

As I said:

I really hope so, im cutting down im 30-35% BF rn 213lbs at 5'10 wonder how much of a difference its going to make in 4-5 months when i reach 12-15% (running reta btw so this is realistic)

There is clearly a difference in the maxilla projection plane forward and CCW even if it is just remodeling, even the lips fullness has changed despite not having touched my maxilla, the nose is also more projected forward, also we are talking about a decade to induce those changes

Youre 6 foot and 130 lbs. No you shouldnt get to 8% bodyfat. Plus unless youre on roids there is no point in going below 10%, even tho i recommend 12% (a TRUE 12%). You would be like 120 lbs at 6 foot. Thats small man. Im not saying randomly bulk but you should get to 10% bodyfat and truly bulk for a year before ever trying to get as lean as possible. Obviously finish the cut since you started and when you finish to bulk you can start at a leaner, better base so you can look better throughout the bulk.

I got off track but as a natty, staying at 8% is really hard and requires an extremely controlled diet and you will feel peroids of low energy randomly. 10% is already so lean especially as a natty. If you dont see bones in your face as you get to 10% bodyfat, then you most likely wont at 8%.
