Honestly it could do at times larger works in terms of ascensions than some hardmaxes. It's insane the difference it makes going from 15-20%bf to. 6-8%. Gymcells have become so funny to me. Would you rather have bitches complement your physique because your big but you've became chopped as shit, or they complement your face and you get better vein and muscle definition. Im currently 6'0 and weigh 130lbs. I have mediocre muscle mass but my definition is going thru the roof. I still am consistent with working out and having a high protein intake while on a deficit with 1700 calories a day. My face as starting to slim but id say I'm at around 12% bf, looking to get to 8%. Ive been peak bulk and mass which felt amazing but I got stripped of my definition and my face was fucking disgusting. I am now a lot more lean have consistent ab visibility and lower ab veins 24/7. Would you guys recommend hopping on reta as my face fat is lowering a bit slower than what I'd want.
