What is the most efficient way to get a better body? Right now I am 6'2 but very very skinny. I don't exercise at all right now. What is the most fast and effective way to get a better body? Nothing crazy, just bigger arms and some abs. I am SUPER beginner so don't worry if you think your advice will be too basic because it won't be.

just lift n eat a lot
 
If you can't see abs you must be skinnyfat
I can see abs but they are like muscle. it's like I can only see them because I am skinny not because of muscle if that makes sense
 
lift how much and how often and eat how much
4-5times a week 1-1.5 hours
target 3-5 exercises for each muscle group, do 2-3 muscles a day, i recommend ppl or arnold split, find a weight that you can do around 8 reps but barely any more then keep doing that weight til u can do comfortably 12 then switch (progressive overload)

Eat protein and lift don't gain fat
 
rad 140 8 week cykle
 
100 push ups 100 pull ups 100 squats 100 km sprint every day
