to get motivation to get down to 66kg and it indeed worked i am now finally leaner than ever
ur lucky u have bones i have to cut really lows to see something

yeah i always found myself getting too bloated but when i cutted after too months i felt like shit and bulked again so i was yoyoing no plan , my PR are 32X8 Dumbells flat bench 8x 22kg dumbells overheadpress i dont go for PRs tbh i just want to do 8x atleast

Man you fucked up on potential changes and I am sorry to say but I don't see many. You should have stuck to something for at the very least 4 months and then do something else for the other 4. Going on multiple cuts and bulks is gonna do nothing but mess up potential gains. If you were new to lifting you should have leanbulked for 4-5 months and then cut at a low deficit for the remaining months. I have a friend who did what you did for 2 years and his body barely changed.

Tbh I wouldn't if I were you. If you spent like 4-5 months bulking on a low surplus and then you would cut, then I think your body would improve A LOT. It's crazy that you are 6'2 and you weigh that little. If you cut now, all it's gonna do is make you look skinny fat.

i am doing everything for face i am just lifting hard and eating 200 grams protein a day i just want to be sub 12% never been that lean and my last fat goes to face and under stomach

But when you are done with that and you eventually want a better looking body, if you decide at this point to cut, and especially down to 152 lbs at 6'2, not only are you gonna look like an auschwiz survivor, but it's gonna eat into the muscle that you have built since you have such a small amount of fat on your body. This will also then end up making it so that you are gonna have to bulk for even longer, then maybe spend another 8 months building muscle and then cutting, instead of just spending maybe 4 months to bulk and then cut right now.

Still. Man it will take longer, but trust me. Literally anyone would tell you to cut. Even at your current weight you are way too underweight for your height. Just commit to a bulk for a few months then cut to 12.

Look at their bodies in their prime - they're all incredibly lean and very low bodyfat - 10-12%. You're giving Lars bad advice and limiting his potential. 65 for Lars isn't even that bad at his height, as far as BMI goes even. It's still in the "normal" range of the spectrum. Chico was 70 kg in his prime at 6'4.
