I'm noticing in bojacks ascension his nose seemed to get smaller. did it actually get smaller or is it just everything grew around it making it look smaller but if not then what could he have done to make it smaller

when good looking people grow up fat reposititoning occurs in which noses slim

noses tend to change a little when u age especially during puberty
