Derma stamp multi use?

Yall think just a Derma stamp by itself be enough for both solving acne scars and a bit of my acne? Also I know this might be tarded but could it help my lips? I mean professionally microneedling with a pen and Derma stamping / rolling At home use the same principle for skin so since doctors can make ur lips plumper could I do the same at home or will I fuck my lip surface? And if you have done it before what length did you use?
