Bone age of 18. Any growth left at all?

My bone age is 18 just checked from an x-ray. Turning 18 in a couple months. Am I actually 100% done growing or can I expect like 1-2 cm from anything. It was a wrist xray so I could maybe have open spine plates or tibia plates.

Currently 174 cm(5'8.5") morning, 172.5-173(5'8") cm at night. Wish I was 5'10" at night so bad.
