bone age of spinal cord fusion?

I know my wrist and knee are most likley done at 19 yr bone age but I cant find anything on google about spinal cord fusion, ive seen people on here say 2 years after knee but idk

if ur spinal cord wasn't fused u would be paralyzed your entire body head down
if you are talking about spine growth plates i think they fuse around 22-3 years of age give or take.

Get bloods, if alkaline phosphate is high bones haven’t fused but they most likely already have bc ur on test. I waited until the levels were normal so then I hopped on, 6’3

Good, so it’s really just dependent of bloods tbh, so see if alkaline phosphate is high (means bones are still growing). I remember asking a bodybuilding coach this at the Arnold Convention when I was planning on competing, now I have an internship and have a better opportunity at money so won’t, still love it tho.
