About 1.5 months I got my height measured at basically 6’ bone age 17, measured my left hand, at basically 15 years old, honest ropefuel, now I went to the doctors again for a physical, they measured me at 6,1, (probably a little inaccurate, it was morning height), but I do a lot of heavy lifting upper body, so my wrist and elbows for sure take a toll, which my theory is those have a higher bone age than my knees and femur since I barely train lower body, heavy lifting can indirectly speed up bone maturation but the evidence is in the grey area, and I barely hit lower body, almost never, so honestly the only way to really measure how much growth you have is by assessing your knees and femurs, even if your doctor says bone age 17 it depends on your life style, it’s never over until the last bone has fused, until then use all the hgh son
