Im 17, 175cm and I just got a hand/wrist X-ray done to check my bone age and growth plates, and I had a few questions.
Can someone explain:
- what hand growth plates actually tell you?
- if growth plates in the hand are closing/fused, does that mean growth in the spine and legs is also basically done?
- how accurate bone age is for predicting remaining height growth?
- Does 7IUS HGH and careful aromatase inhibition affect final height potential?
I’m mainly trying to understand whether this means I’ve mostly stopped growing and it’s over, to know if it’s still worth blasting HGH or other stuff at this stage.
If anyone knows about bone age analysis or has experience with this, I’d really appreciate the help, I want to know if it’s over or not.
