Note from healthcare provider:

Here is the analysis of XXXXXX height based on his growth velocity from 3/2025 and 4/2026 and the bone age film below: These serial heights confirm that linear growth is essentially complete. Over the 383-day interval (3/26/2025 → 4/13/2026) he gained 0.35 in = 0.89 cm, an annualized height velocity of ~0.85 cm/yr. Interpretation combined with the bone age Bone age 17y0m + HV <1 cm/yr = growth functionally finished. Skeletal maturity closely tracks growth remaining; the spurt is centered at 90% of final height and is long past here. Expect at most another ~1 cm, likely less, before complete physeal fusion. Current height 71.22 in (180.9 cm) is very close to his adult height; a Bayley-Pinneau prediction at this maturity would add only ~1–2%. Fusion is likely incomplete at the wrist despite this. In males, complete radial physeal fusion is present in only ~90% at age 19, with fusion ascending from foot to wrist — so knee/ankle plates are almost certainly closed while a thin radial physis may persist radiographically. Residual open physis on film does not equate to meaningful growth potential at this velocity.
