This soup will speed up your metabolism , keep you young for a long time, cure stress and inflammation, improve sleep quality and digestion. CollagenMaxxing:
Ingredients:
1kg veal feet
1 - 2 onions
4 tbsp coconut fat
100 ml apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp salt
20 peppercorns
5 - 7 juniper berries
2 cloves
3 l water
Cut the onion into coarse pieces and slowly sauté in a pot with 4 tablespoons of coconut oil
Add the veal feet and fry together with the onions (approx. 15 minutes)
Fill the pot halfway with cold water, add the apple cider vinegar and salt and then bring to the boil for about 20 minutes. This step is important in order to extract the valuable nutrients from the veal feet (glycine, collagen, vitamins, etc.)
Now fill the pot to the top with water. Add pepper, juniper berries, cloves and other spices of your choice
Place the pot on a low heat so that the soup is just simmering and wait 12 to 24 hours
Pour the hot soup into a thermos to get a good lunch and not have to rely on Goyslop
