If I stop weightlifting, will my bone mass decrease? I had to quit the gym because I don’t have enough time, but instead of completely stopping exercise, I now play basketball twice a week. I know that isn’t enough, but it’s the most I can manage, and I hoped it would still help maintain my testosterone or growth hormone levels. I’ve also been focusing on my diet by eating a lot more meat. However, when I used to lift weights regularly and eat a normal diet, my face looked sharper and more angular, and I think I had more bone mass overall. So my question is: should I make the effort to go back to the gym (even though it would be difficult to fit into my schedule), or is lifting weights cope and not really worth the effort?
Thanks.
Thanks.
