If I stop weightlifting, will my bone mass decrease? I had to quit the gym because I don’t have enough time, but instead of completely stopping exercise, I now play basketball twice a week. I know that isn’t enough, but it’s the most I can manage, and I hoped it would still help maintain my testosterone or growth hormone levels. I’ve also been focusing on my diet by eating a lot more meat. However, when I used to lift weights regularly and eat a normal diet, my face looked sharper and more angular, and I think I had more bone mass overall. So my question is: should I make the effort to go back to the gym (even though it would be difficult to fit into my schedule), or is lifting weights cope and not really worth the effort?
Thanks.

wont decrease, you proh look shapers cus u werent bloated

No, once you stop growing, your bones essentially become a piece of rock. they're very much frozen in their state.
The only way your bone mass can decrease is if you go vegan. Even simply starving won't work because you'll die faster, but vegan faces get gradually more narrow as years pass because the body gradually disassembles bones for resources.

but doesn't resistant training increases test, which increases bone mass?
Lifthing weight will decrease your test in the long run , you will only get short term incrases in test

yeah i heard that study too that bodybuilders have stronger more thicker bones i think that thats mainly bc they inject gh and test
