Bone discontinuities resulting from LeFort 3?

After an osteotomy, will the areas along the border where the bone was sliced smooth out over time, or do those sharp edges stay forever?

If they’re permanent, can you get implants to smooth out the “cliff edges” where bone was cut and moved forward in an osteotomy?

Picture this: you ascended by getting LeFort 3, and your girlfriend is caressing your face as you’re about to have sex, and she feels some “edges” on your face where the bone underneath the skin doesn’t line up. Then she’ll know you’re subhuman

No one on this forum has gotten a LeFort 3. They've gotten at best a modified LeFort 3 which is basically an extended zygomatic + slight midface and orbital osteotomy.
