I have been on test and gh for the 5 months in between the photos 150 test for 2.5 of the months and 500 for the other 2.5 months and 7 iu gh throughout , body fat is only about 2 or 3 percent lower so idk if that’s actual bone growth or just slight lighting and body fat differences im seeing lmk
