Bone Growth

Yea nicotine is also bad.

Also that guy did have some good advice, smoking does have those benefits, but the cons outweigh the pros.
And he also misunderstood when I said a avoid sugar which was my bad, I meant avoid added sugars.
so, smoking period has negative effect on bone growth?

You can do compound exercises without extreme stress, and by avoiding sugar I meant added sugars.
But I really mean the added sugars

sugars are sugars, fructose, sucrose or glucose, the only thing that changes in it is its glycemic indexes
The problem with diets today is not sugar, but rather the lack of vitamins. Common diets across countries are high-calorie foods with no nutrients.
What changes between honey and table sugar? Absolutely "nothing", honey is considered healthy because it contains vitamins and antioxidants that reduce the glycemic effect and insulin, making the body digest much more slowly, avoiding the insulin spike, however, this is something that the media invented with longevity in mind, you need high blood sugar for anything and brain function
science has been focusing on longevity in recent years, and trying to lessen the impact they have made
everything has increased in the last generation, such as height, penis size, bones, extremities
These are studies, science focuses on longevity, making you decrease your essential hormones for growth (igf1 - hgh - m-ktor - insulin)

The studies are true and correct, however, I mentioned pure tobacco and preferably 2-3 times a week, anything in excess will be bad for you

I don't know if you know, but there is an essential hormone in the human body called lysine, and it comes from sugars (carbohydrates)

"Lysine is an essential amino acid that cannot be produced by the human body and must be obtained through the diet. It plays crucial roles such as protein synthesis, calcium absorption and collagen production, as well as having antiviral properties that help fight infections, especially herpes"

"Children who prefer sweets to savory foods tend to grow up faster, according to a study from the University of Washington. Research suggests that sugar intake stimulates the conversion of amino acids into lysine, essential for bone formation and calcium absorption"

You don't need sugar for lysine.

Still ruins your health.

You don't need sugar for lysine.
you don't really need it, but the easiest way to get it in large portions COMES FROM CARBOHYDRATES

sugars are sugars, fructose, sucrose or glucose, the only thing that changes in it is its glycemic indexes
Fructose is mostly processed in the liver, where it can be turned into glucose or fat.
Glucose is rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream and used for energy or stored as glycogen.
Fructose does not directly affect blood sugar but can contribute to metabolic issues.
And pure honey doesn't contain added sugars obviously.
Listen all im saying is that its been proven that added sugars are bad for your health, and you can still have other natural sugars, if someone is that worried about not getting enough sugar, just eat some oranges and strawberries.
Anyway I'm not going to argue about sugar anymore.

I have never advocated and will never advocate a modern, sugary diet, I only say this based on some studies and to warn some teenagers

I personally eat an all natural, primal diet, so even if processed sugar caused more bone growth, I don't think it would be worth the poor gut function, a bad intestinal flora, horrible and thick skin
