For me I’m doing natty for now but ima hop on peptides soon but right now I supplement vitamin d3 k2 magnisium and I eat an eggshell every day for most of the calcium I need in the day and I take zinc every other day

I take gh secretegogue peptides, but I also take bone health pills- ones called TheracalD4000. Shits great I recommend. You won’t see any difference after a month tho buddy
